A Disputes Report provides you with an overview of all actions that happen during a dispute’s lifecycle, and their impact on your sub-account’s available balance.

A Retrievals Report provides you with an overview of all retrieval requests you've received from card schemes.

If you cross-reference the reports, you'll be able to identify when a retrieval request may have helped to avoid a dispute.
