# Digital card provisioned

This [Issuing](https://www.checkout.com/docs/card-issuing.md) event occurs when a card is successfully added to a digital wallet.

## Webhook fields

| `digital_card_id`<br>`string` | The digital card's unique Checkout.com identifier. |
| `client_id`<br>`string` | The unique Checkout.com identifier of the client who created the card. |
| `card_id`<br>`string` | The unique Checkout.com identifier of the card linked to the digital card. |
| `entity_id`<br>`string` | The unique Checkout.com identifier of the entity associated with the card. |
| `pan_suffix`<br>`string` | (Deprecated) Last four digits of the digital card number. Use `last_four` instead. |
| `last_four`<br>`string` | Last four digits of the digital card number. |
| `status`<br>`string` | The status of the digital card. This can be one of:<br><br>- `active`<br>- `inactive` |
| `type`<br>`string` | The type of schema. This can be one of:<br><br>- `secure_element`<br>- `host_card_emulation`<br>- `card_on_file`<br>- `e_commerce`<br>- `qr_code` |
| `scheme_card_id`<br>`string` | The ID that the scheme’s Token Service Provider (TSP) assigns to the Primary Account Number (PAN) at the first tokenization. |
| `provisioned_on`<br>`string` | The date and time when the digital card was provisioned, in ISO 8601 format. |
| `requestor`<br>`object` | Information about the digital card requestor. See the [Requestor](#Requestor) section for more details. |
| `device`<br>`object` | Information about the device that has been used for the card digitization.<br><br>**Note**: The device data is only available if the device has passed the eligibility check and if the digital card requestor provides it. |
