# Digital card reprovisioned

This [Issuing](https://www.checkout.com/docs/card-issuing.md) event occurs when a digital card that was removed from a digital wallet is re-added to the same wallet.

| `type`<br>`string` | The type of event. <br><br>This is always `digital_card_provisioned`. |
| `version`<br>`string` | The version of the webhook. |
| `created_on`<br>`date-time` | The date and time when the event occurred, in UTC. <br>Format – ISO 8601 <br>Example – `yyyy-mm-ddThh:mm:ss.sss` |

| `card_id`<br>`string` | The unique identifier of the card linked to the digital card, prefixed with `crd_`. |
| `client_id`<br>`string` | The unique identifier of the Checkout.com client who created the card, prefixed with `cli_`. |
| `entity_id`<br>`string` | The unique identifier of the entity associated with the card, prefixed with `ent_`. |
| `status`<br>`string` | The status of the digital card. |
| `reprovisioned_on`<br>`string` | The date and time when the digital card was re-added to the digital wallet, in UTC. <br>Format – ISO 8601 <br>Example – `yyyy-mm-ddThh:mm:ss.sss` |
