# Issuing dispute closed

This [Issuing dispute](https://www.checkout.com/docs/card-issuing/manage-issuing-transactions/manage-issuing-disputes.md) webhook event occurs when a dispute is closed and the final `status` is `won`, `lost`, or `canceled`.
