# Balance Breakdown Report The Balance Breakdown Report shows financial movements that impact your _Available_ and _Pending_ balances during a selected time frame. --- ## Report availability You can generate the Balance Breakdown Report on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. The report is updated between 3:00 AM and midnight in the [settlement time zone](https://www.checkout.com/docs/business-operations/use-the-dashboard/settlements/manage-settlements.md#Manage_settlement_time_zone) you configured for your entity account. For example, if your settlement time zone is `America/Los_Angeles Pacific Time` (PT) and financial movements occur on August 3, the daily report captures the movements from midnight to 11:59 PM PT. The report is available by midnight PT on August 4.
