Manage card PINs

Personal identification numbers (PINs) are required for physical cards only.

To share the PIN with the cardholder, you can do one of the following:

Ship the PIN to the cardholder, in a separate letter to the card itself.
Integrate with the Android or iOS Card Management SDK to enable the cardholder to access the PIN in your mobile app.

We recommend confirming with the cardholder that they have received their card and PIN and ensuring that the card is activated.

If you have integrated the Card Management SDK, cardholders can securely view a card's PIN in your mobile app. See Display card details in your app.

Cardholders can also view their PIN at supported ATMs.

You cannot view PINs using the API or the Dashboard.

The cardholder can change their PIN at ATMs that support PIN services.

You cannot change PINs using the API or the Dashboard.
